Job Title Client Service Call Center Representative
Job Description MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.THIS POSITION IS FEDERAL WORK STUDY ONLY AND REQUIRES U.S. CITIZENSHIP. J1/J2 & F1/F2 VISA^S DO NOT QUALIFY. Looking for Call Center Representatives to answer incoming calls from students and parents regarding questions about their financial aid. This position will use available resources to provide professional customer service to potential and returning students and their parents. Provided training will ensure this position with knowledge of compliance with various federal, state and institutional regulations. Must be able to start our training session in early January 2017. Must work at least 8 to 10 hours a week with shifts from Mon-Fri.
