2017-2018 Special Circumstance Application

The purpose of a Special Circumstance Application is to explain that the information submitted on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is not an accurate representation of the family's current financial situation.

A Special Circumstance Application can only be approved if Kent State's evaluation will result in a lower Expected Family Contribution (EFC). The application deadline is October 1, 2017.
