KSU Student Fianancial Aid: SMART Grant

The SMART grant is available to students who are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, are Pell Grant recipients, are enrolled in a degree granting program, are in their third or fourth year, and are majoring in an approved program. Students must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA to be awarded the grant and enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours). Students must demonstrate financial need. Grants will be awarded automatically upon confirmation of eligibility. The award amount is up to $4,000 per academic year for each grade level.
